Virginia Albers is a trial lawyer who exclusively focuses her practice on family law matters. She is a Fellow of the American Academy of Matrimonial Lawyers and the Nebraska State Bar Foundation.
Ms. Albers was named the “Lawyer of the Year” for Family Law in Omaha by Best Lawyers® for 2011, 2014, and 2018, and 2021. She is experienced in all aspects of matrimonial law including premarital agreements, custody and business valuations.

In law school, Ms. Albers was the Associate Editor of the Creighton Law Review. After law school, Ms. Albers served as a judicial clerk to the Honorable David J. Lanphier of the Supreme Court of Nebraska.
